Costs associated with breeding a responsible litter:

$3,000-$5,000 Cost of Your Foundation Bitch
$2,000/year for general care
$2,000 for different clubs fees, training classes, ect
$5,000-$10,000 to title a dog depending on show location, motel costs, entry fees, fuel, supplies for showing/grooming, ads, etc.

$1,500 cost of Holter
Full genetic panel $200 for parents and $189 for each puppy in the litter
$320 OFA Hips and Elbows

$350 annually for Echo Cardiogram
$80 annually to Holter
$150 annual Thyroid Test

$100 BAER Test

$100 CERF Test
$2,000-$5,000 stud fee
$1,000 or more for breeding costs (travel, or shipping and so on)
$150 Ultrasound

$100 X-Ray
$150 Whelping Box
$500 Whelping Supplies
$50-$250 Pregnancy Check-ups
$500 Puppy Supplies (blankets, heaters, bottles, cleaning, toys, collars, daily laundry)  
$0-$5,000 Possible Emergency C Section or Vet assistance
$100/Puppy Wellness Exam and Tail Dock/Dew Claw Removal at 3-5 days Old
$500 Deworming the Dam and Puppies at 4, 6, 8 Weeks Old
$300/Vaccine for Puppies 6, 8, 12, and 16 Weeks Old (however long breeder has puppies, 8 week minimum) 
$200/puppy for puppy food
$50/puppy to register with AKC (we cover this)

$50/Puppy for microchips (pre-paid for life)
$400/puppy for Ear Cropping Fee & Associated Costs (pre surgery bloodwork and consultation, cropping, post op medications, post op care and supplies, travel)  

These are only some of the main costs associated with breeding a litter. There is always the chance of emergency costs and other costs I may have missed.
